Ing. Michaela Kačerová
Michaela Kačerová is responsible for the whole employee life cycle at all OM Group companies. She focuses on recruitment, adaptation, and onboarding of new staff and on training and development of existing employees.
She also coordinates personnel and payroll agenda and manages various HR projects. She has joined the company in 2019. Her goal is also to encourage the employer branding (the OM brand on the market) and its further development not only by acquiring new talents.
She has long-term experience in key HR positions from both international and local companies, including Accenture, Teva Pharmaceuticals and GEP. Michaela Kačerová graduated at the University of Economics and Business in Prague, the Faculty of Business Administration. She is fluent in English.
